Are you ready to lead transformative change that reshapes how clinical trials are monitored and quality is delivered worldwide?

��߲�ӰԺ is recruiting for a dedicated specialist to oversee the change management workstream and drive transformative change initiatives within clinical trial oversight. This role focuses on implementing central monitoring, adaptive monitoring, and innovative quality management approaches globally. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of these strategies across functions and studies.

Responsibilities:

Oversee comprehensive change management efforts for global trial monitoring modernization.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable change plans to ensure consistent adoption.
Advise programs and leaders on best practices for implementing complex cross-functional changes.
Design and execute change management plans, including assessment, implementation, and sustainability phases.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to tailor strategies.
Align change management activities with program timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
Oversee and support change networks, such as champions and functional leads, to facilitate implementation.
Identify risks to adoption early and implement mitigation strategies to address resistance or capability gaps.
Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
Develop targeted communication strategies to articulate the purpose and process of new approaches.
Collaborate with training teams to ensure role-based enablement supports sustainable change.
Provide executive-level insights and updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Expertise in leading enterprise-scale change initiatives in regulated or matrixed environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across scientific, operational, and quality functions.
Strategic thinker with disciplined execution capabilities.
Proficiency in structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
Ability to assess readiness, risk, and adoption using data-driven approaches.
Experience in operational quality or transformation initiatives requiring new ways of working.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for driving change.
Comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving transformation landscapes.
Post-graduate degree in business, psychology, change management, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Pharmaceuticals experience, particularly in Global Drug Development or Clinical Operations, is advantageous.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams, including virtual members.
Experience collaborating with senior leaders and governance forums in complex organizations.
