Customer Service Specialist - Contract - Fort Worth, TX

Delivering seamless order‑to‑cash experiences through exceptional customer care.

��߲�ӰԺ is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support operations in Fort Worth, TX.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on customer management and deduction management processes, ensuring smooth end-to-end order-to-cash (E2E O2C) operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage customer profiles and maintain accurate data records.
Proficiency in monitoring service levels and addressing customer satisfaction concerns.
Experience in managing transactional processes and resolving disputes effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Capability to coach and train team members on procedural updates.

The Customer Service Specialist's responsibilities will be:

Understand customer requirements and maintain accurate customer profiles, including master data, delivery schedules, booking times, and web portal details.
Access and monitor service levels and customer satisfaction metrics, taking corrective actions to address issues impacting E2E O2C processes.
Build strong relationships with buyers and accounts payable staff, maintaining detailed knowledge of customer contracts, ordering patterns, payment methods, and deduction trends.
Oversee transactional processes related to customer claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure timely resolution of disputes within customer-defined timeframes.
Coach and train team members on updates to work instructions or SOPs, ensuring documentation is updated following training sessions.
