º¬Ðß²ÝÓ°Ôº is seeking a dedicated Data Integrity Specialist to ensure that data integrity principles are embedded in all processes and practices at the site. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, conducting quality checks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying risks, implementing solutions, and ensuring inspection readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to data integrity.
• Perform regular checks and validations to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and deliver training programs on data integrity best practices.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to address them.
• Oversee proper documentation, including recording, storage, and retrieval of data.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues, including breaches or falsifications.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance data integrity processes.
• Validate computerized systems to meet data integrity requirements.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.
• Generate and review reports and metrics related to data integrity.
• Collaborate with global teams and represent the site in relevant forums.
• Set and prioritize data integrity goals for the site.
• Address findings from internal and external audits with remediation actions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of data integrity principles and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data quality checks, validations, and risk assessments.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Skilled in investigating and resolving data-related issues.
• Knowledge of documentation practices and computerized system validation.
