��߲�ӰԺ is seeking a Materials Coordinator to join a team in The US. This position focuses on maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in material transactions and inventory processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting quality management systems and ensuring the smooth handling of materials within a pharmaceutical environment.

Skills & Requirements:

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and documentation practices.
Proficiency in data entry and ERP systems for material transactions.
Attention to detail when verifying incoming materials and maintaining documentation.
Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and material control processes.
Ability to identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows.

The Materials Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

Support and work within the Quality Management System.
Ensure compliance with documentation practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform timely and accurate data entry for material transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Handle receipt of incoming materials and verify them against specifications, vendor shipping documents, and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate receiving documentation in accordance with internal procedures and SOPs.
Follow best practices related to inventory systems, purchasing, and material control processes.
Provide recommendations for process improvements.
