含羞草影院 is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate focuses on ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures while managing sample-related activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to pharmaceutical sampling programs.
- Proficiency in inventory management and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
The Sales Administrative Assistant's responsibilities will be:
- Oversee daily administration of the pharmaceutical sample program, ensuring adherence to FDA, PDMA, state regulations, and internal Sampling SOPs.
- Monitor and manage sample accountability activities, including inventory tracking, reconciliation, transfers, returns, and reporting.
- Act as the primary operational contact for sample-related inquiries.
- Manage and resolve Sample Operations tickets in a timely manner.
