º¬Ðß²ÝÓ°Ôº is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to join a dynamic team in Acton, MA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting innovative manufacturing processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment for the production of medical devices. You will be trained across various technologies and processes, contributing to product quality, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in English for reading documentation, communication, and writing.
• Basic mathematical skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
• Experience with automated equipment and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauge blocks.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or cleanroom environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of automated machines, tools, and production processes.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs during shifts.

The Associate Manufacturing Technician's responsibilities will be:

• Set up, operate, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Manage raw material feeds, clear faults, and address stoppages on automated equipment.
• Use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to monitor and adjust process controls.
• Conduct equipment inspections and generate corrective or preventative work orders.
• Troubleshoot mechanical errors, safety issues, and inefficiencies in production processes.
• Utilize computer systems for inventory and quality management.
• Support new product design transfer, process development, and equipment/process validations.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of machinery.
• Maintain measuring and monitoring devices and use tools to ensure correct tolerances.
• Follow standard operating procedures, including material handling, record keeping, and packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment suitable for medical device manufacturing.
• Perform other duties as required.
